Dr. Kuiper graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2007 with her Bachelor of Science degree and from the New England College of Optometry in 2011 with her Doctor of Optometry degree. After graduation, Dr. Kuiper joined Huron Optometric Centres and practices in the Goderich, Clinton and Wingham offices. Kelly was born and raised in Clinton.
