Dr. Padfield Graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1983 with his Doctor of Optometry degree. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Padfield has been actively involved in the profession by serving on various committees and the Council of the College of Optometrists of Ontario for many years. He was president of the college for 3 years. He has also worked with the Canadian Examiners in Optometry. Dr. Padfield has practiced in Goderich and Clinton since graduation. He was originally from Rodney, Ontario.
When Dr. Padfield is not practicing optometry, he can be found playing guitar and keyboards and singing with local bands The Full Nelsons and The Homers. He is also interested in scuba diving and enjoys basketball and running. He is married to Wendy and has 4 children.
